- This instructor-led course teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, and how to relieve choking in adults and children. This course teaches skills within research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who need a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. In addition, Wilderness and Waves will build off the Red Cross structure to look at common situations and response tactics when you are out in various wilderness settings.
**PREREQUSITE TO CERTIFY: 14yrs old** under 14 may attend but cannot be issued a certification.
